How much does Uztozik cost?
Free for students and parents. For institutions the price depends on the plan and the number of students, and the first month is free. Message us in Telegram and we’ll quote a price for your institution.
Is it hard to switch from Excel or another program?
No. Send your student list in Excel — we’ll transfer it ourselves and help set up groups, billing modes and staff roles.
What happens after the free month?
You pick a plan and keep working with all your data. If Uztozik isn’t a fit, simply don’t renew — you don’t pay for the free month.
Does Uztozik take a commission on student payments?
No. Students pay you directly — in cash, by transfer or through your terminal. Uztozik doesn’t take money for lessons; the system only keeps records.
Where will new students come from?
Students and parents look for courses in Uztozik right in Telegram. Your groups with prices and free seats appear in the catalog, and a trial request lands in your CRM immediately. You can also promote listings to the right audience.
Does Uztozik suit a school or kindergarten?
Yes. There is admission by stages, classes and groups, a parent account with «won’t come» and «who picks up» notices, and invoices recalculated for missed days.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Students, parents and tutors use Uztozik in Telegram: the bot and the Mini App open right in the messenger. The institution’s CRM works in a browser on a computer.
Can we work with several branches?
Yes. Each branch has its own rooms, groups, cash and expenses, and staff see only their branches.
What if a student has a debt?
The institution sees debtors and the date until which lessons are paid. Reminders go out automatically. If online learning is connected, new online lessons can stay closed until the debt is paid.
Which languages does Uztozik support?
Russian, Uzbek (Latin and Cyrillic) and English. Each user picks a language, and notifications arrive in it.
